H.E. Mr. Djauhari Oratmangun, Ambassador of Indonesia to China, and His Entourage Visit Shikefeng for Inspection and Exchange
On September 12, H.E. Mr. Djauhari Oratmangun, Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to China, led an official delegation to visit Shikefeng Company under Xianglong Group for a special visit and exchange. Xie Yongjun, Chairman of Xianglong Group, Xie Ruojun, President, Sun Feifei, Vice President, and other core management team members, together with Indonesian business representatives, accompanied the visit throughout.
The two sides held in-depth discussions on key topics including overseas application of slow-release fertilizer technology, agricultural economic and trade cooperation between China and Indonesia, and industrial implementation docking, jointly exploring new win-win cooperation paths for modern agriculture of the two countries.
The Indonesian delegation visited the Corporate Culture Hall, intelligent central control room and fertilizer production workshop of Xianglong Shikefeng in sequence. They conducted detailed research on the enterprise’s R&D achievements of new-type fertilizers, intelligent production processes and quality control systems, and gained an in-depth understanding of Shikefeng’s technological accumulation and industrial advantages in the field of green and efficient slow-release fertilizers. They spoke highly of and commended the enterprise’s development model of empowering modern agriculture through scientific and technological innovation.
At the symposium, Ambassador Djauhari Oratmangun elaborated on the current agricultural development and foreign investment policies of Indonesia. He stated that Indonesia is a major agricultural country with large-scale cultivation of crops such as palm and rice. There is an urgent demand for soil improvement and fertilizer efficiency enhancement. He looked forward to leveraging Shikefeng’s mature fertilizer technologies and industrial strengths to introduce advanced agrochemical technologies into Indonesia and deepen agricultural trade and industrial collaboration between the two nations.
Chairman Xie Yongjun remarked that Shikefeng has been deeply engaged in the slow-release fertilizer sector for many years, boasting solid scientific research and industrialization capacity. Its products and technologies are highly compatible with the growth characteristics of crops in tropical regions, which can effectively reduce fertilizer loss and improve land productivity. The enterprise will give full play to its core strengths in fertilizer R&D and intelligent manufacturing, explore localized agricultural technology cooperation models suitable for Indonesia, build a bridge for two-way exchanges and cooperation, and promote mutually beneficial and coordinated development of the agricultural industries in both regions.
This foreign exchange activity has established an important communication platform for agricultural development between China and Indonesia. Going forward, Shikefeng will continue to promote green and efficient fertilizers, actively expand international agricultural cooperation, and contribute to the friendly agricultural economic and trade cooperation between China and Indonesia.
